Her father was married to Ojales, a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan, in 1982. Jasmine is her sister who performs as an actress. Clare is a cousin of theirs on the day of father's death. Clare passed away at 4 months in 2007 from a cardio-vascular disease.
